Vadility: May to October 2026
During the five days with your class mates, you will see the fascinating nature and landscape of the Salzkammergut region and you will get to know the most beautiful sights. Of course there will be enough time for fun, games and adventures.
Program:
Monday:
After lunch, the class takes a city tour on the Imperial Train through the historic town of Bad Ischl and visits the famous Imperial Villa, which served as the summer residence of Emperor Franz Josef I and Empress Sisi.
Tuesday:
Accompanied by experienced cave guides you can explore the magical underground world of Dachstein. The ice caves were formed by water seeping in through small cracks and building magnificent ice shapes. From the 5fingers viewing platform you will enjoy unique views over the Salzkammergut region. Lateron you can walk through the picturesque town of Hallstatt.
Wednesday:
A walk along the esplanade through Sisi Park with its water playground leads to the Katrin cable car valley station. After the ascent on the Katrin cable car, there is plenty of time to explore the mountain.
In the afternoon, students can have their first climbing experience in the climbing hall with an experienced instructor.
Thursday:
Visit a farm in the Salzkammergut region to experience life and work on the farm with all your senses.
Depending on the weather, we recommend an afternoon of swimming in the nearby pool park with its giant water slide or in the Salzkammergut thermal baths.
Friday:
Hike up the Siriuskogel or around the Jainzenberg with its Hohenzollern Waterfall. Afterwards, bid farewell to beautiful Bad Ischl.
