Linz is known for its production of steel. Look at the economical and technological side and discover the famous sights of Linz.
Program:
Day 1:
In a guided tour you will get to know Linz, the city where you will spend the next three days. In the studio of the local television transmitter you will see how TV shows are produced.
Day 2:
The voestalpine World of Steel shows how steel is produced. In an exciting plant tour you will see the various production steps. In the afternoon you will visit the must-see of every stop-over in Linz: the highlight-tour in the Ars Electronica Center, the musuem of the future.
Day 3:
You will visit the Schlossmuseum and have a guided tour through the exhibition “Technique in Upper Austria”. Topics are the history of industry, economics and technique.
