Please read the following information carefully!
In our e-mail you can find your bookingnumber for your desired period of stay.
Please tell us your file-nr. (Buchungsnummer) whenever you get in contact with us and on arrival.
On your booking confirmation you will find the arrival time, please tell us at least on the day of arrival if you are late, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled ! If you have any requests concerning your reservation please always mention your file-nr.(Buchungsnummer).
Payment on arrival for the whole stay, either in cash or credit card.
If you want to cancel your booking, please do this as early as possible by sending an e-mail indicating your file-nr. (Buchungsnummer) – we do not charge any booking- or cancellationfee or ask for your credit card details – but we kindly ask you to be that fair, to let us know as soon as you know, that your planned stay in our hostel will not take place – thank you !
If you booked either a bed in a dorm room (male/female separate) with shower/toilet on the corridor or in a double room with private shower/WC:
Bed linen is included (however, you have to make your own beds – you booked a youth hostel;-). Hand or bath towels are NOT included. You either have to bring your own towels or you can purchase a set (= 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel) from us for an extra charge! Soap, shower gel ….. are NOT a part of our service and are NOT included.
The rooms of this categories are equipped with BUNK BEDS and are NOT air-conditioned. The windows can only be tilted!
If you booked a Youth Palace Double room with shower/WC:
This room has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The beds are already made upon arrival and towels/bath towels are included (1 set per person and stay – towel change only on request for a surcharge!). Soap, shower gel ….. are NOT a part of our service and are NOT included.
Please note that these rooms are centrally air-conditioned and the windows CANNOT be opened!
Accomodation in our youth hostel requires membership with the International Youth Hostel Association. You can get your membership-card either at your national youth hostel association or buy a so called “Welcome Stamp” at our hostel. A “Welcome Stamp” costs Euro 3,50 per night, with only 6 “Welcome Stamps” you are a full member in the International Youth Hostel Association for 12 months.
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. Check-out on the last day of your stay is not later than 10:00 a.m.
On your arrival/departure day a luggage-store room is at your disposal (free of charge).
We also provide daily first quality meals for lunch and dinner for a price that will surprise you (according to price list). With pleasure we will comply with all special requests. You can choose between vegetarian food and typical Viennese food (buffet style).

Information for drivers:
Car-Parking in Vienna is subject to charges from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am. and 10.00 pm. You can park your car in our park garage for a daily fee of Euro 14.– or buy parking tickets (lasting 2 hours) at any tobacco shop (called Tabak-Trafik) .
