Your booking is now confirmed!

Please read the following information carefully!

In our e-mail you can attached find your booking confirmation for your desired period of stay - please open this confirmation with a PDF reader program. (Download Acrobat reader oder Foxit PDF Reader).

Please bring the booking confirmation with you and present it at our reception or tell us your file-nr. (Buchungsnummer).

On your booking confirmation you will find the arrival time, please tell us at least on the day of arrival if you are late, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled ! If you have any requests concerning your reservation please always mention your file-nr.(Buchungsnummer).

Payment on arrival for the whole stay, either in cash or credit card.

If you want to cancel your booking, please do this as early as possible by sending an e-mail indicating your file-nr. (Buchungsnummer) - we do not charge any booking- or cancellationfee or ask for your credit card details - but we kindly ask you to be that fair, to let us know as soon as you know, that your planned stay in our hostel will not take place - thank you !

Please consider that accomodation in our youth hostel requires membership with the International Youth Hostel Association. You can get your membership-card either at your national youth hostel association or buy a so called "Welcome Stamp" at our hostel. A "Welcome Stamp" costs Euro 3,50 per night, with only 6 "Welcome Stamps" you are a full member in the International Youth Hostel Association for 12 months.

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. Check-out on the last day of your stay is not later than 10:00 a.m. On your arrival/departure day a luggage-store room is at your disposal (free of charge).

Our guests are accommodated in rooms with 2 - 6 beds (bunkbeds), separated by sexes. Families and small parties will of course be accommodated in one room.

We also provide monday to friday first quality  meals for lunch and dinner for a rate which will really surprise you (according to price list); with pleasure we will comply with all special requests. You can choose between vegetarian food and typical Viennese food (buffet style).

Information for drivers:
Our house is in a pedestrian zone, an access by car is not possible. Car-parking in the inner districts of Vienna is subject to charges from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. (except holidays) - information under "Parking in Vienna".
